Yes, you can!
If you booked a Pollen experience you can change a name on your booking up until these dates:
- Accommodation & party pass bookings: up to 15 days before the experience starts (when we're within 15 days of the experience, we'll need to confirm names with our hotel partners).
- Party pass only bookings: up to 48 hours before the experience starts.
The booking holder must contact us from the email address registered to their account to change a name; you must not resell experiences that you’ve bought from the Pollen Presents platform.
