We can only refund the card that you used to make the payment with. This is to make sure your money’s returned to the right place.
If you've received a replacement card for the same account, the refund will go into your account automatically. You won't need to do anything.
If your account’s closed, or if you have a new card but aren’t seeing the refund in your account, please contact your card issuer. It’s likely that they’re holding your money for you and can transfer the refund to your new account.
Unfortunately, we can't issue your refund to your new card.
