You can change your name in your Pollen account.
In the Pollen app:
- Click the ticket icon (the middle icon at the bottom of your screen)
- Choose the booking you want to change your details for
- Click “Booking details"
- Click "Edit your details"
- Change your name, date of birth or shipping address
- Click “Update details”
In your Pollen account online:
- Log in to your Pollen account
- Click "Manage Booking"
- Click "Your details"
- Click "Edit traveler details"
- Change your name, date of birth or shipping address
- Click “Update details”
Contact us to change the name of a member of your group.
