If you plan to get a cab when you arrive in Cancun, choose a licensed taxi company or trusted ride sharing app. Agree the fare with the driver before you get in the cab.
We strongly recommend that you don’t accept transport offers from anyone in the arrivals hall.
If you decide to book your taxi online before your flight, make sure that you receive a confirmation email. Your confirmation email should:
- Confirm the price, guaranteeing the best fare for your trip
- Include your pick-up instructions so that you can make sure you're getting in the right cab
