If you are showing symptoms of COVID-19, or believe that you might have COVID-19, you should contact us before the start of your experience and get tested for COVID-19.
Please send proof of your positive COVID-19 test result to us at email@example.com.
Your test result must show:
- The date on which you took the test
- Your name, matching the name on your booking
Upon receipt of your positive test result, we'll cancel your booking and issue you with Pollen credit.
