Omicron caused disruption to many of the experiences we had planned at the end of 2021 and in the early part of 2022.
Since the start of the pandemic, we’ve refunded thousands of travelers. While we’ve processed the vast majority of refund requests, we know there are people who are still waiting for their refunds. We’re really sorry that we’ve let those people down on this occasion, and we are working hard to return their refunds as soon as possible.
We’ve recently increased our capacity to enable us to process refund requests more quickly. We’re staying in touch with those who are waiting to be refunded, and we remain committed to refunding everyone as quickly as possible.
